Chana Chaat of Pakistani stalls is very popular but people are avoiding eating out due to the lockdown caused by Corona. In this case, instead of bringing Chana Chaat from the bazaar for Iftar, make delicious Chana Chaat at home by using the following recipe.

Required Ingredients to Make Chana Chaat at Home:
To make Chana Chaat put 2 cups of Channy in 5 cups of water for soaking 12 hours before. Add a half a teaspoon of soda in it.
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 tomatoes
- One pound of radish
- A piece of chopped red pepper
- A red onions
- A lump of Coriander
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Half a cup of apple cider vinegar
- A tablespoon of garlic
- A tablespoon of finely ground sugar
- A tablespoon of crushed cardamom
- Half a tablespoon of crushed spices
- A tablespoon of crushed cumin
- Yogurt (customized)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method:
Boil lentils (Channy) in a pot until the foam comes out and they become soft, then take them out of the water and put them to cool. Then chop the cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, radishes, and coriander and coat them a little to make a salad or mix them vigorously.

Then add olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, and powdered sugar. Add cardamom, cumin, salt, and all other spices to the lentils, then take a tablespoon of olive oil in a pot and cook the lentils and spices.

After a while, take out the channy and place it on one side of the plate, the prepared salad on the other side. If you have also prepared raita with the help of yogurt, then add black pepper and salt to taste and serve it with Chana Chaat to make your iftar delicious.
