In such a case, some people are bringing un-fried samosas from the bazaar and frying them at home and eating in Iftar and some people are trying to make delicious samosas at home.

Here is a very simple and easy recipe to make delicious chicken samosas at home.
Required Ingredients to make delicious chicken samosas at home:
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil
- A tablespoon of Cumin
- A medium chopped onion
- Half KG steamed chicken
- Black Pepper Powder ½ teaspoon
- Garam Masala ½ teaspoon
- Red Chilli Powder to taste
- A teaspoon of soya Sauce
- A teaspoon of ketchup
- Salt to taste
- Chopped green onion 4 tablespoons
- Chopped green coriander 4 tablespoons
- 2 tablespoons chopped green chilies
- 2 or 3 tablespoons of Maida Flour
- 12 to 15 strips of samosas
- Oil for frying
Put oil, cumin, and onion in a pan and fry till light golden, then add chicken, black pepper powder, Garam Masala powder, red chili powder, soy sauce, and ketchup and mix well. Then add green onion, green coriander and green chilies and mix well and leave the chicken spices to cool.
Make a paste by adding a little water to the Maida flour, take strips of samosa and make a pocket of it and add chicken spice, stick it on the edge with the help of Maida flour and close it.
Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken samosas and serve hot and delicious chicken samosas on iftar.
