Here is a very simple recipe for making chicken fritters, try it in your kitchen during the lockdown and win the hearts of your family.
Ingredients:
- Two cups of rice flour or cornflour
- Chicken
- Two green peppers
- 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
- A teaspoon of celery
- A teaspoon of dried coriander
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Baking powder
Note: Any vegetable of your choice can be preferred for the preparation of fritters.
Procedure:
Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces.
On the other hand, mix all the ingredients with some water, add chicken, then deep fry it until it is crispy.
