Former national team captain and world-renowned all-rounder Shahid Khan Afridi has tested positive for the coronavirus.
“I have not been feeling well for a few days now and I have a lot of pain in my body,” he confirmed on social networking site Twitter. “After that, I had a test for Corona, which unfortunately came positive,” he said.

“I desperately need your prayers for a speedy recovery,” said Shahid Afridi.
It is to be noted that since the outbreak of Coronavirus, the former captain has been visiting various provinces and remote areas of the country through his welfare organization Shahid Afridi Foundation to help the poor and needy.
