Pakistani artists released their messages expressing regret over the tragic accident that happened on a PIA flight from Lahore to Karachi yesterday.

In a message released on micro-blogging site Twitter, world-renowned actress Mahira Khan said, “My prayers are with all those who have passed away in this plane crash and those who are currently injured.”

In his Twitter message, Humayun Saeed expressed his grief and sorrow over the Karachi plane crash and said,

Leading singer of Pakistan music industry Ali Zafar in his message termed 2020 as a shocking year and said that “PIA plane crash is another devastating and tragic news of this year.”

It may be recalled that a National Airline (PIA) flight from Lahore to Karachi had crashed 30 seconds before landing in Karachi yesterday afternoon, killing 97 people.
