Ingredients for making mango kulfi
- Condensed Milk
- Fresh cream
- Cardamom powder

- First, wash the mango and peel it.
After peeling, cut the mango into small pieces.
After cutting the mango pieces, put it in this blender and make a good paste of it.
After making the mango paste, add more than half a tin of condensed milk and blend it again.
Now mix half a packet of fresh cream in this mixture of mango and condensed milk.
Now mix the whole mixture well with a spoon.
Now add a cup of milk and blend it again.
Now mix sugar and cardamom powder to taste in this blended mixture and keep it in a loaf template or in an airtight container for 6 to 7 hours and then eat it with gusto.
