First Coronavirus case found in Pakistan
The first case of coronavirus in Pakistan has surfaced, with a deadly virus-affected traveler traveling from China to Dubai and then returning home.
According to sources, the passenger arrived in Karachi on January 21 from Dubai, after which another passenger arrived in Multan via flight PK-332. Sources said that the person was shifted to Nishtar Hospital after being treated for ill health while staying in Multan. Security measures have been initiated at Bacha Khan Airport in view of the fears of the transfer of the Kronavirus to Pakistan. New screening arrangements have been made by the Civil Aviation Authority at the airport.

Passengers arriving from the Gulf countries are passing through the health counter, the health department has doctors and paramedical staff from day today. It should be noted that Pakistan has contacted global laboratories in view of the potential threat of the Coronavirus. Zafar Mirza said that the diagnosis of the virus is not available in Pakistan. Samples of reported cases will be sent to international laboratories. The Ministry of Health has contracted laboratories in China, Hong Kong, and the Netherlands to diagnose the Coronavirus.
