CM Punjab announce 14 days lockdown in Province
Due to a rapid increase in coronavirus cases in Pakistan CM Punjab Usman Buzdar announce province-wide lockdown for 14 days.
According to a new report Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar announce lockdown in Punjab for 14 days. The lockdown announcement came after the cabinet committee meeting chaired by Chief Minister Punjab.
During lockdown in Punjab, medical stores, general stores & vegetable shops will remain open. Due to critical conditions, CM imposed a ban on double Swari in Punjab. Implementation of the lockdown decision will start from tomorrow.
During the press conferences, CM Punjab said that coronavirus cases in Punjab have risen to 242. Lahore has reported 52 cases. 3 cases are in Rawalpindi and 3 in Jehlum. Multan and Sargodha have 2 and 1 cases of coronavirus respectively.
Lockdown will start from 24th March 9: 00Am to 6th April 9: 00AM. Shopping malls, restaurants, tourist spots will remain closed. For the safety of citizens, there will be a ban on double swari also.
