Shortage of beds in hospitals due to increasing number of patients

According to a doctor at Mayo Hospital, the government has provided less than 2,000 beds in PKLI, but the number of patients is much higher.

The government had set up various government and field hospitals for coronavirus patients. However, the daily increase in the number of patients after the end of the lockdown creating an alarming situation for Pakistan. Because there is a fear that the arrangements for the patients in the hospitals are not enough.

In Lahore, the number of coronavirus cases has been a record increase over the past month. The government had arranged two govt hospitals and one field hospital for coronavirus patients in Lahore. But, now the number of critical coronavirus patients is increasing. Due to which the number of ventilators is also decreasing. One week ago, the government allowed those affected by the corona to isolate themselves in their homes in response to the same concerns.
