QUETTA: A local court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Senator Sarfraz Bugti in a case of aiding and abetting a girl. Senator Sarfraz Bugti’s non-bailable arrest warrant was issued by the Additional District and Sessions Judge of Quetta. The court has ordered the police to arrest Sarfraz Bugti and produce him in court.

It may be recalled that a two-member bench of the Supreme Court had yesterday rejected the interim bail application of Senator Sarfraz Bugti. Earlier, the Balochistan High Court had also rejected Sarfraz Bugti’s bail application.

Senator Sarfraz Bugti is accused of aiding and abetting the abduction of a 9-year-old girl from Quetta. An FIR was lodged against Sarfraz Bugti in Quetta by Maria’s grandmother.
