Security and Traffic Advisory Plan for PSL Matches for Lahore Released
Police have issued a security and traffic advisory plan for 14 matches of Pakistan Super League (PSL 5) in Lahore. Three parking stands have been allocated for the fans. The entry of Rickshaw and CNG vehicles is prohibited.
PSL 5 has been started with the grand opening ceremony at the National Stadium in Karachi. In Lahore, more than 10,000 police officers and youngsters will be deployed for the security of fans and teams.
The Dolphin squad and elite teams will be constantly patrolling. Snipers will be deployed in tall buildings. CCTV cameras will also be monitored around the stadium.

According to City Traffic Police spokesman, more than 166 traffic personnel will be deployed during the matches, there will be 20 fork lifters, 5 breakdowns to prevent queue parking.
During the match, the intersection from Muslim Town Mor to Kalma Chowk will be closed for general traffic. Traffic going from Mozang Ferozepur Road to Kasur and Kent will be diverted from Muslim Town to Wahdat Road, while traffic from Kasur to Chauberjee will be run on alternate routes via Peeko Road, Walton Road.
