Pakistan Coronavirus death toll reaches 192

The coronavirus situation is getting worse day by day. Due to 11 more deaths in the last 24 hours, Pakistan’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 192, while 52 coronavirus patients are in critical condition.

According to the National Command and Operation Center, 796 new cases of Coronavirus were reported in the country during the last 24 hours, after which the number of people infected with the virus has increased to 9216. According to the NOC, there are 6,958 under treatment coronavirus patients in Pakistan. So, far 2066 patients infected with the virus have been recovered, while 52 patients are in critical condition.

The prevalence of the virus has also seen a sharp rise in Pakistan this month, but in the last 2 to 3 days not only cases but deaths have increased steadily. On April 20, there were 24 deaths in a single day, the highest ever recorded in a single day in the country.

Although various restrictions and partial lockdowns have been implemented at the country level to prevent the spread of the virus, there are still daily photos and videos that violate government guidelines.

Today (April 21) new cases of Coronavirus emerged in Pakistan.

Islamabad

Islamabad reports 4 new cases of coronavirus after which the total number of cases has risen to 185 in Islamabad.

Gilgit Baltistan

Gilgit Baltistan reports 18 new coronavirus cases after which the total number of cases reaches 281.

Azad Kashmir

Azad Kashmir reports one new case of coronavirus after which the total cases reach 50. The least affected area in the country is Azad Kashmir.

Punjab

So far 84 more cases of Coronavirus have been reported in Punjab while three deaths have also been confirmed, which was confirmed by Chief Minister Punjab Usman Bazdar via Twitter. After the new cases in Punjab, the number of certified cases has increased to 4,195 and 45 deaths.
