Pakistan’s government has announced the list of hospitals where you can go for coronavirus tests. The Coronavirus has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO), while the number of patients infected in Pakistan has reached 29.
In this case, according to government orders, if you suspect that you are having symptoms of coronavirus such as fever, dry cough or shortness of breath, you should call the helpline immediately (1166) or consult your physician.
Government officials and health experts says that If you are given an opinion on the Corona Virus Helpline, visit the hospital or doctor immediately. You can also contact the private laboratory for a test. However, private laboratories can charge you up to Rs 7,900 per test fee while some designated hospitals are also conducting the test for free. You will receive the result or report of these tests in two days (48 hours).

In Karachi, only a handful of hospitals are providing tests and treatment services to suspected cases.
