Lenovo’s latest Legion gaming laptop relies on an external GPU

Lenovo has introduced a 15-inch gaming laptop called the Legion Y740S, starting in 2020. Lenovo introduced it with the External GPU Legion BoostStation, which is why Lenovo has called it the thinnest and lightest gaming laptop.

The laptop has a Core i9 processor, 32 GB RAM and 1 TBPC IESSD.

If you want to play the latest 3D games in this you will also have to weigh 4.8 pounds and 0.58 fat EGPU.

This laptop also has a standard 1080p display or 4K screen (HDR with Dolby Vision) options. This laptop’s battery can last up to 8 hours. This laptop has two Thunderbolt 3 ports and two USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports. With this laptop will be Dolby Atmos speakers.

External GPUs of this laptop have many options like GeForce GTX 1660 Ti and RTX 2080 Super. External GPUs also have two USB 3.1 ports, one USB 2.0 port, HDMI and Ethernet.

Laptop and Boost Station sales begin. The laptop will cost $ 1100 while the Boost station costs $ 250.
