How to make delicious Sindhi Biryani for Iftar at Home?

Preparing Sindhi Biryani is a bit intensive, but not too difficult to make at home, here’s a simple recipe to make Sindhi Biryani at home:

Required Ingredients to make Sindhi Biryani at Home:

  • High-quality Basmati rice 500 grams
  • Small herbs of Chicken or beef 500 grams
  • 300 grams chopped potatoes
  • 250 grams chopped tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 150 gram Aloo Bukhary
  • Yogurt 150 gram
  • Cooking oil 2 cups
  • Biryani essence as needed
  • Red chili powder as required
  • Salt as needed
  • 6 green chilies
  • Mint and coriander
  • Garlic and ginger powder one teaspoon each
  • Mix 75 grams of proven hot spices
  • Zarda color as required

Method:

First fry the onions in a pan with half the oil, and blend them with the yogurt.

In a separate bowl, fry garlic, ginger and hot spices in the remaining oil. When they are fried, add potatoes.

When the spices and potatoes are melted, add meat, add a little water and fry, then add tomatoes, onion, salt, coriander, mint, curd, aloo Bukhara and other things.

Boil the rice in a separate pot.

In a large pot, first pour the qorma, then the rice on top of it, top with the biryani essence and the Zarda color and simmer with a little water.

After a few minutes, take it out and put it in the plates.

If you want, prepare raita and drink it, if you want, eat it with salad.
