Death toll has risen to 15 and total cases 1526

Coronavirus which fearing the world with its terror is also spreading rapidly in Pakistan. Pakistan reports daily new Coronavirus cases and the number of cases is increasing day by day rapidly. Coronavirus cases in Pakistan have risen to 1526.

Since the first case on February 26, not only 1526 cases have been reported in Pakistan till now, while 13 people died of the virus. Sindh reports the first coronavirus case in Pakistan and Sindh was leading with the highest number of cases in Pakistan. But, in the last two days, Punjab reports new coronavirus cases. Now Punjab is leading with most coronavirus cases in Pakistan which are 558.

Due to the spread of this global pandemic in Pakistan. Pakistan’s various provinces and territories had taken measures to put lockdowns and other restrictions and advise people to stay at home. After the lockdowns, new cases are still reporting. On Sunday new cases of coronavirus reported in Pakistan.

Today’s Coronavirus cases in Pakistan

Today (Sunday 29th March), 3 deaths have been reported and 46 new cases. Sindh reports 12 new cases, KPK reports 8, 4 Azad Kashmir, 5 Gilgit Baltistan and 4 Islamabad, while Punjab reports 13 new coronavirus cases.

A spokesman of health department Sindh confirmed the death of 2 more coronavirus patients in the province. With these two new deaths, the death toll in Sindh has increased to 3.

Commissioner Hazara Syed Zaheer-ul-Islam also confirmed the death of a coronavirus patient from the province. He said that Sardar Ilyas Khan, who was admitted to a local hospital in Abbottabad two days ago has died.

KPK health department also confirms 8 new coronavirus cases and the total cases have risen to 188.

In Pakistan, 31 people have been recovered from the deadly virus so far, 14 of them are from Sindh, 6 from Gilgit-Baltistan, 5 from Punjab, while two from Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan.

Punjab:

Punjab reports 13 new coronavirus cases. According to the Health Department Punjab spokesman, Punjab reports new cases and the total cases of Coronavirus have risen to 558. Punjab reports 5 deaths due to coronavirus and 5 full recoveries.

Coronavirus affected patients’ details is, 207 cases in Dera Ghazi Khan, 79 cases from Multan and Lahore reports 119 coronavirus cases. While 23 confirmed cases are from Raiwind quarantine. There are 52 cases of coronavirus in Gujrat, 11 in Gujranwala, 21 in Jehlum, and 19 in Rawalpindi.

Sindh:

On 28th March Sindh reports 24 new coronavirus cases and the total number of coronavirus cases in Sindh has risen to 481. Sindh reports 2 deaths due to coronavirus and it also reports 14 recoveries.

Islamabad:

According to official COVID-19 web data, Islamabad reports 4 new coronavirus cases. The coronavirus cases in Islamabad has risen to 43. Out of 43 coronavirus patients in Islamabad 2 are now fully recovered.

Gilgit Baltistan:

Gilgit Baltistan reports 9 new coronavirus cases and the total cases in Gilgit Baltistan has risen to 116.

KPK:

According to official COVID-19 stats, KPK reports 8 new cases of coronavirus and the total cases have been increased to 188. 4 deaths have been reported in KPK and KPK also reports 2 recoveries.

Balochistan:

Balochistan reports 5 new cases of coronavirus and the total cases of coronavirus in Balochistan have increased to 138. The Balochistan province reports one death and also reports the 2 recoveries.

AJK:

There are 2 coronavirus cases in Azad Jammu Kashmir. Both patients are under treatment.

Coronavirus Deaths in Pakistan:

The first death due to Coronavirus was reported on March 18 in Pakistan. On same day 2nd death was also reported. These two deaths were reported in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

On 20th March a death reported in Karachi and total death has risen to 3 in Pakistan. In KPK one more patient lost his life due to coronavirus on 22nd March.

On the same day, Gilgit Baltistan reports a death due to Coronavirus. A doctor who was treating coronavirus patients in GB lost his life. Balochistan reports a death due to coronavirus on 23rd March. Punjab reports first death due to COVID-19 on March 24th.  The death in Punjab was the first death of a local case in Pakistan. Punjab reports one more death on 25th March in Rawalpindi. A 50 years old woman died in Rawalpindi.

On March 26th, a patient lost his life in a private hospital in Lahore, following which the Coronavirus in the province killed 3 and a total of 9 deaths in the country.

Friday, March 27, another patient died in Lahore due to the Coronavirus, bringing the death toll to 4 in the province.

On the same day, Faisalabad reports a death due to coronavirus. A 22-year-old man died in Faisalabad on 27th March. After that death toll has risen to 5 in Punjab. The death toll due to coronavirus has risen to 11 in Pakistan.

On March 28, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Chief Minister’s Information Minister Ajmal Wazir confirmed the death of a woman, leading to 12 deaths in the country.

As per official website data, Sindh reports the new case of Corona death on 28th March and the total deaths due to coronavirus in Pakistan have risen to 13.

On 29 March, A spokesman of health department Sindh confirmed the death of 2 more coronavirus patients in the province. With these two new deaths, the death toll in Sindh has increased to 3.
