Babar Azam came in sixth in the Test Rankings

 

International Cricket Council (ICC) released new rankings of Test players, Pakistan’s young batsman Babar Azam got rewarded for his outstanding performance, he has come in sixth in the list. This is his best ranking in Test career so far.

 

Abid Ali has come in at number 62 in the rankings after playing just two Tests, his rating is 473, which is the best rating point of any Pakistani batsman after Omar Akmal’s 499 points after playing only two Tests.

India’s Virat Kohli remains at number one in the batting rankings, Steve Smith second with Australia, New Zealand’s Kane Stuart Williamson third, India’s Cheteshwar Pujara fourth, Australia’sMarnus Labuschagne fifth.

 

Pakistan showed great performance against Sri Lanka, Babar Azam, after which he has come in sixth in the fresh rankings, he is the only Pakistan batsman to be included in the top ten.

 

India’s Ajinkya Rahaney is seven, Australia’s David Warner eighth, England’s joy route ninth and New Zealand’s Ross Taylor tenth. Abid Ali, the Man of the Match of the series against Sri Lanka, is ranked 62nd after 16th level improvement.

 

Sean Masood is 40th after 12th improvement, Azhar Ali is 26th after three-level improvement, and Asad Shafiq is 20th after 2nd level improvement. There is no change in the bowlers’ rankings in the first ten, Pakistan’s bowlers are not included in the top ten, Muhammad Abbas is 15th.

 

 

Australia’s Pat Cummins first, South Africa’s Kagiso Rada second, New Zealand’s Neil Wagner third, West Indies’ Jason Holder fourth, Australia’s Mitchell Starc fifth, India’s Jaspreet Bumrah, Australia’s Josh Hazelwood, Australia. James Anderson of England, ninth and Tim Southee of New Zealand are the tenths.

 

All-rounders are Jason Holder of the West Indies, Ravindra Jadeja of India second, England’s Ben Stokes third, South Africa’s Vernon Flanders fourth and Australia’s Mitchell Starc fifth. Pakistan is seventh in the team rankings, followed by India’s first, New Zealand’s second, South Africa’s third, England’s fourth and Australia’s fifth.
