Apple announces price cuts for 3 older iPhones

Apple announces to reduce prices of the iPhone 11, iPhone 12, and iPhone 12 mini up to $100.  Apple introduced its new iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max on September 14. But with the introduction of new iPhones, the company also announced a significant reduction in the prices of older models.

Apple has slashed the price of the iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12, and iPhone 11 by 100. After a $100 reduction, the 2020 iPhone 12 Mini will now be available for $599, the iPhone 12 for $699, and the 2019 iPhone 11 for the lowest price of $499.

In other words, Apple’s most popular iPhone of 2020 is no longer more expensive than its cheapest iPhone SE (2020) which will be available at $399. The company also decided to discontinue the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max.

These phones may be available in the market now, but they will not be available from Apple’s official channels. It will also be impossible to upgrade the iOS 15 operating system to these older iPhones.

Note that the model iPhone 13 Mini with 128 GB storage will be available for $699 while the model of iPhone 13 with 128 GB storage will be available for $799. The iPhone 13 Mini and iPhone 13 will be available for pre-order on September 17 and will be available to consumers from September 24.

Similarly, the price of the iPhone 12 Pro will start from $999 which will be a model with 128 GB storage. Pre-orders for this phone will start on September 17 and will be available to customers on September 24 a week later. The iPhone 12 Pro Max will start at $1099 and will be a 128 GB model.
