To log in to your ECampus Blackboard dcccd account, enter the ECampus URL and then type your username into the login prompt on the next page. The first time you log in, you will be prompted to create a password; this password must be at least 6 characters long and include at least one number and one letter. If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Your Password? below the login prompt and then follow the instructions provided on screen to get back into your account.
Common Sign In Issues in Blackboard DCCCD
You can contact Ecampus Customer Service at 214-870-8595 and request a reset password. Be sure to have your 8 digit student ID number (or staff/faculty employee ID number) ready when you call. Once you get a new password, you can use it for both Blackboard DCCCD and eCampus login. This will redirect you to a page with a list of options that are separate from general DCCCD homepage. You’ll have options like eCampus Login, Student Information and Academic Records, Student Support Services and more. The first option on this page is for eCampus Login so select it. You’ll be redirected back to DCCCD Webmail; enter your User Name and Password here, then click login.

In 2022, log on to eCampus using your username and password. After you login, choose myDCCCD > Study Tools & Course Materials > eCampus Blackboard. If you don’t see myDCCCD, then click on More Links (upper right) and select myDCCCD from list of options.
Type in your Username and Password
After logging into eCampus, enter your username and password. This information is available from a current class schedule or from an email sent by ECampus or Blackboard. If you are unable to login with your credentials, contact a Campus Technology Officer (CTO) at least two business days before class begins. Once logged in, click on Student located on top right corner of page after entering sign-in credentials.

When you try logging into your ECampus Blackboard account, you may find that it’s a different experience than logging into other social media and web platforms. This is because your ECampus login information is separate from your other online accounts. In order to login, first you will have to go directly to ecampus.dcccd.edu and click on Sign In in the top right corner of any page after it loads.
