1. Letting go of toxic people in your life
There’s this theory that says “you’re the sum of five people you spend most of your time with”. Meaning, the people you choose to interact with can largely influence your behavior and your mindset. Therefore, it’s important to be picky and choose your friends wisely. If your friends are often rude, dismissive, or plain disrespectful, then they’re not your friends, to begin with.
